Dr Lipsky is retired now ! He was the all time BEST! He never rescheduled you to come back in for a procedure! When he saw something he took care of the problem right away. My parents and I use Dr Lipsky for years and there never once was anything less than going the extra mile. He never made you come back into his office for a procedure. He did it in site in no time at all. He was working in my father's eyes and had showed me what needed to be done and was peeping to do the procedure in my father when I got amwhat I assumed to be a work related phone call and it was only a bogus call. It was only a maybe 2 min max but when I stepped back into the room to see the procedure he was all done. He was great like that! I saw many more in site procedures he did in my father and mother and I had several done on myself. Dr Lipsky you are sorely missed. I pray that you have an enjoyable and healthy retirement. You deserve everything that is good and great.

Waited almost an hour for an appointment for my husband only to find that there would be a 2 to 4 hour continued wait. Very poor customer service! Not going back!
