Shah Eye Center

I'm incredibly grateful for the staff in Shah Eye Center for the care they gave my mom. She was sent to their office from the ER, and they were able to see her right away and quickly diagnose the issue she had been dealing with. Before this, she had gone to two other places where she was unfortunately misdiagnosed, leaving her in a lot of pain without answers. Dr. Wesson and her team finally gave her the correct diagnosis and the help she needed. Thank you to everyone in the office from the front desk receptionist to the nurses, Mary L and Dr. Wesson for being so kind, professional, and caring during such a stressful time. We truly appreciate everything you did for my mom.

Had an appointment at 2:25pm and didn't get taken back for the first half of the eye exam until 3:30 with the medical assistant then had to wait for the doctor for the second half and waited until 4:30.... Finally left the office at 5pm I have never had an appointment take almost 3 hours for a simple eye exam for glasses/contacts ... normally I wouldn't leave a bad review but they were obviously running VERY behind and were still taking walkins on top of that at the front desk. Just doesn't seem like the best way to run a business

Had a very good experience with the front desk and the drs. Best service I ever had. I ordered some glasses from the optical at a very good decent price. I highly recommend .

Unfortunately I couldn't go into my appointment because of some issues with the receptionist, Diana. This was my first appointment alone so I was confused on some information and when I asked for some clarification the receptionist Diana scoffed and laughed at my face, even her co worker looked at my sister and I a little worried over the situation. Any question we asked she answered so hatefully and like she didn't want to be there. Ms.Diana with the personalized tumbler that says 'I love you" on it, if you were going to act like you hate your job and act so condescending towards my sister and I, change jobs please. Right next to us there was another receptionist with an elder who was alone and the elder lady was asking questions and was ignored. My heart breaks to have seen an elder getting treated like that. Not paid attention to when asking a question not even acknowledged. If this place is the only place you can afford please do not leave your elders alone in these appointments, it's so inhuman how they treated this poor woman like if she didn't matter. This place is so horrible and every good review you see seems to be a receptionist or nurse. Won't be returning, how sad that these are the people that are supposed to be taking care of our information and eye health.

I had an appointment at 3 is about to be 6 & i still haven't seen the doctor. I think is very ridiculous to schedule to many people at the same time. I don't do this type of reviews but this time is very stressful situation. Why schedule when you're not respecting the patient time.

What a another disgrace medical establishment in the valley. You originally diagnosed as a viral infection and prescribed meds just 3 days later diagnosed as a bacterial infection. Wow. The physicians don't know the difference. We had the girls up front send prescriptions to pharmacy since it was in Edinburgh area Lee North pharmacy. To are surprise it was never sent.... I appreciate that someone's eye sight is not your priority just in it for the money

4 doctors and just 1 in. They schedule 10 people at 1030. Waited more than an hr in the front. The tech that was helping us was so rude. What kind of establishment you running here.

Went for my appointment just to find out the dr wasn't there and it was a 2-3 hour wait, so I rescheduled just to come into my appointment amd for the to tell me that they didn't have me in the schedule
