My first visit. Very Impressed when I first walked in and was warmly greeted by your staff. Aries was amazing from her customer service, her respectful manners and the professionalism she took on her work. She made getting my eyes examined as pleasant as possible. The doctor was very charming and listened to my needs and he got me back to 20/20. So no complaints here. I would highly recommend this office for your eye prescription needs.

I walked in today because my new glasses were in major need of adjustment. I was so worried they wouldn't be repairable because they were so bent out of shape, but Aries reassured me she would do her best to fix the problem. Foot traffic in the store increased, but Paula jumped in to assist Aries in my frame adjustment as Aries finished up with a previous customer. When Claire clocked into work, and noticed my insurance benefits were faxed to the store, she immediately notified me with that information while Paula continued to work on my glasses. The teamwork there was amazing! I've been to other Visionworks here in the RGV, but this is definitely my favorite one! And, my glasses look good as new!!
I highly recommend visiting Weslaco's Visionworks!
