Very disappointed with my visit today. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and arrived five minutes early, only to wait for over an hour without ever being seen. The staff eventually told me the doctor was still with a patient and they had no idea when she would be finished. They offered to reschedule, but at that point, it was clear the office had overbooked--there's only one doctor and they are clearly taking more appointments than they can handle. It's unacceptable to offer appointment times online that you can't actually honor. This reflects a serious lack of respect for patients' time. I won't be returning.

OUTSTANDING!! Had to change doctors due to insurance change. Staff is VERY patient, kind, helpful and funny!!! My son got contacts for the first time and they spent as long as needed to get him comfortable with the correct and safe process. They teach you how to care for the contacts too! Our appointment even went after hours and they didn't rush us one bit. I felt at home! Staff and Doctor were amazing!!! So glad we found this office!!!
