I had an excellent experience in-store from start to finish. The optician was absolutely fantastic, taking the time to go through everything with me in detail and ensuring I fully understood all aspects of my appointment.
When it came to choosing my glasses, I was assisted by Katelyn on her very first day and you would never have known it! She was outstanding, explaining the different lens and frame options clearly and thoroughly, and helping me feel confident in my choices.
I'm incredibly grateful for the level of care and professionalism I received and would highly recommend this store to anyone. A truly wonderful experience all around.

Definatly the worst place to go for your glasses. We ordered one pair of eyesight glasses and gave one pair of sunglasses to fix on the 14-09-25. 2 weeks later we went back. The order for the eyesight glasses was wrong my daughter could not see with them and the sunglases frame came back broken. They messed up both glasses. After this we did a eyesight test again and orderded both glasses again. We had been told our glasses had been ordered. But after 3 weeks if waiting agian the glasses had not arrived. So we gave vision express a call and the they said no glasses had been ordered. We had paied already which was even worse.

My trip to vision express optician was fairly relaxed, the person who took the pictures of my eyes didn't do a very good job though, and I had to have them done again but I wasn't made to wait long. The optometrist was very helpful and knowledgeable. The young man who helped me pick out some new glasses was very helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable, I think his name was Kane. He explained everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a really positive first appointment. Very thorough sight test followed by a consultation with a very knowledgeable young lad. However, when I came to collect my new glasses and get them fitted, the lady who was free to fit them told me that my friend and dog will need to wait outside because she doesn't like dogs. This is despite the store being listed as dog friendly. This upset me quite a bit where the store is meant to be dog friendly.

I had a really good experience when I came here and I loved the in depth check up including images of my eye.
I was so happy I recommended my husband and he had an optician called Ajay.
My husband had some issues and Ajay was fantastic and stayed behind after his shift end to sort everything out .
Both our experiences were fabulous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this optitian.
As well as being thorough I did feel pressured into buying glasses although I will go baxk here when I want new ones

Eye test was as you would expect and both people seen were very courteous. But to come out of the test and be told to stand and wait for someone to see to me, only to wait for 30 minutes without any acknowledgment and 5 other people being seen to having walked in the shop, appalling customer service.
