Beautiful new facility! The staff is kind, friendly and you can sense they love their jobs!! The team work, from reception to anesthetist was great, so efficient and fast, Dr Poll talked me thru the laser and cataract procedure and it was over very quickly. As a retired RN that has worked in many facilities and specialties I appreciated the extras that relieve your anxiety, especially being able to remain in your street clothes!. Kudos to Debbie and all her staff..... If I were still working I would love to be part of this team! See you soon for the next eye, I'm not as stressed now thanks to you all!!!

They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency exam after I got hit in the eye playing sports. The front office was efficient and I got back quickly to see the doctor. He was thorough in the exam and even though thankfully it turned out to be a very mild injury he still took my issue seriously and made sure I got the prescription and treatment needed to recover as quickly as possible. The nurses/assistants were competent and had a positive vibe. Everyone was professional and kind. Overall great experience.

My experience has been pleasant with Utah Eye Center in Bountiful! The office staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly, the office is clean and the eye technician was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable with the eye pressure test. Dr. Hansen is so kind and helpful. I will be sure to continue going to him as I am impressed.

My 8 yr old has been asking about her glasses for weeks. My wife and daughter came a few weeks ago and had a great experience. They got back from a trip to Mexico and said "We need our glasses, we can't see nada". I raced over but couldn't get in. 5:01pm.
Moments later, Grace and Kenna were walking out of the parking garage. A quick phone call had Ashely bringing me the glasses we ordered. It's Halloween and their weekend officially started. I'm going to be the hero thanks to these incredible people.
Again, they didn't have to do it. It was an intentional effort they made to help me out.

I had a great first-time experience at this Eye Center with Dr. Wilcox. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although the office was running behind schedule, the entire staff remained calm, courteous, and professional throughout--something I truly appreciated.
Dr. Wilcox was exceptional. He was upfront, genuinely honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was needed for my eye care. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Wilcox and this team to anyone looking for compassionate and trustworthy eye care.

Ok. I'm calling it. I have called them every week for about a month and a half and I can't get through to make an appointment. It either rings forever or you sit "on hold" for over 10 minutes lisyening to their recording over and over again without ever getting through.
We have been there before with 2 members of our family. They were fine. But I can't ever go back if they don't pick up the phone!! You can't make an appointment/consultation online either. It just says to call the number. You are losing business by not answering the phone.

Dr. Hansen and his team are incredible!
I had LASIK done over a month ago and couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Hansen is the best--professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. A big thank you to Kelly as well for answering all my questions beforehand and helping me feel confident going into the procedure. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and truly life-changing. Highly recommend!
