Dr.Goode is a lovely woman, she knows how to make things right, you can tell she loves her job by how much she loves her patients. I've been to good eye doctors and I've been to bad eye doctors, but Tory by far is one of the Best eye doctors around I think. She works in such a way that I find amazing, there aren't many places that have the doctor running the front desk and being an optometrist at the same time! She is so personable, I find her to be a rare gem in the world of optometrists. Thank you for the glasses, and for figuring out my contact lens situation, I can't wait to wear them!

Dr Tory got me right in, was personable, quick and efficient. Finally a doctor that you don't have to wait 30 mins in a million different rooms to see. Her process was like a well run orchestra. I wish she was a doctor for other things, I'd come to her!

Dr. Goode got my prescription wrong twice, I bought lenses online with her prescription and the prescription wasn't even close, pretty sure she gave me someone else's prescription. The online company wouldn't provide me with new lenses so I asked Dr. Goode to provide me with the correct lenses at he expense. She refused. She would only agree to a new exam and got it wrong again! Now I've asked for a refund on the consultation, since I had to go to a different eye doctor and get the correct prescription, had no issues at all with the new Dr. I've bought lenses twice and an eye exam and have only wasted time and money. She ignores my emails where I asked for the refund. Her office is unclean, and the mirror where she tests your eyes is dirty and smudged. If you want a professional, run away from this clinic. There are definitely better and more professional options.
