Great service all around. Dr. Tuner was awesome about explaining my specific situation. The whole team was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I've only ever had great experiences at The Eye Pros. The staff is always kind and efficient. I was able to get in and out within minutes. Dr. Glen Turner is always kind and very thorough with my eye exams. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

Just to be clear, Eye Pros is inside Eyesmart but they are separate entities. Last year I made an online eye exam appointment through eyesmart and upon "checking in" at Eye Pros, my appointment was non existent. They fit me in that day anyway. This year Dr. Turner was having to toggle the lenses multiple times because I was having difficulty discerning which was clearer. The extra time and effort he made to pin point/discuss my vision level, explain (contact) lens options and his recommendation, left a good impression on a family member, who did NOT have a good eye exam experience a month ago at the mall and is having a second eye exam done, this time at Eye Pros.

Not only is wearing political accessories weird as a professional in a work setting, it's even *weirder* to talk to patients about your political bias/opinion. It completely distracted me from my appointment, and I feel bad for the employees that probably have to deal with this. Especially considering majority of them are either POC or women. I don't care what you think, I just don't want to have to know it during a medical appointment i'm paying for. Not planning on coming back... lol

everyone super friendly. Walked in were Helped right away. Dr Glenn Turner was great super friendly and made us feel welcomed as well. Everything is explained to you nicely. Will definitely be going back again

I had a good experience at the Eyemart Express I went to for my optometrist exam and frame shopping. My issues are with the website as it is very misleading. There is an active coupon for 30% off the website, but the website does not actually have all the frames available in their storefronts. I fell in love with a pair of frames I tried on today, but it wasn't listed on the website. I called the store and they explained that the company choses what frames go on their website. I then was looking for a coupon I could use in store for only one pair of frames as I do not care for their active deal of buying one pair of frames full price then getting a second pair free of their own small selection. On the legal disclosure section of the official website it clearly states "40% off first purchase + 365 day guarantee" , which would have been perfect! I called the store to confirm this and was instead told that this doesn't exist to her knowledge and I would have to contact the company directly. I am so disappointed at all the hoops I have to jump through just to afford a pair of frames that I would genuinely like to wear.

First visit to Dr Turner and he was awesome! The staff was all friendly and informative. They explained every test and the results. Overall great experience including quick in and out for an entire exam and contact fitting in less than 20 minutes including new patient forms. Thanks!!!

Dr Turner has taken care of us for years. We recommend him on the highest level to everyone.Eyemart Express is amazing from receptionist through our contacts and eye wear purchases.
