Two of my teenage children have been seeing ophthalmologists every year since they were born for a vision impairment, so we are pretty comfortable with the routine. I was very impressed with Dr. Jepsen, who not only asked if we had questions (which was expected,) but brought up a few things that we "might have questions about in the future." He took quite a while of his busy schedule to talk to my teenagers to make sure they don't one day say "I wish I had known..." We greatly appreciate him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

He was very up-to-date on contacts which have helped slow my son's severe nearsightedness. He is very patient and kind. Dr. Jepsen is one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to. He was very knowledgeable and explained my problem and what we needed to do to take care of it. Besides knowing his stuff, he was kind and personable and took all the time in the world with me. I can't remember the last time I felt a doctor was genuinely concerned and wasn't in a hurry to rush off to the next patient. I highly recommend Dr. Jepson.

I love this office! From the front desk to the technicians, Dr. Jepsen and the optical department they are all friendly and great at their jobs. When I had my eye exam Ainsley was absolutely the best. She was very warm, friendly and great at her job. When I came to pick up my glasses the insurance company spent a lot of time verifying my insurance and making sure I got the benefits that were covered. Thanks so much!

First off, the doctor is nice enough
but most eye insurances you get a free eye exam each year. This place tries to be tricky and sly and bills it through medical so you have to pay almost $200 to go here. I also couldn't afford expensive contacts, so I did the step down and they kept pushing for me to get the expensive ones when I told him I cannot afford it. They also messed up on my husband's glasses prescription, and wanted him to see the doctor (pay for another visit) to fix them. We ended up going to Walmart and they did a much better job
