I really like this place. I Have always gotten my glasses from here. Never had a bad experience. Until today. A lady named Jenni.... Told me I wouldn't look "cool" with my glasses and why are they big. That they don't fit my face... Girl. I need to SEE not look cool. Everyone else was nice and pleasant expect her!

I've taken my kids here for eye exams on multiple occasions. They've always been great with the kids, making them feel comfortable and making the experience enjoyable! The staffs level of care is second to none.

I initially called and was referred by my child's school. When I called it took them six weeks out to schedule me an appointment. I then get a call a week before my appointment saying the doctor was going out of town and they had to reschedule my appointment they had no other accommodations for me except for one appointment time that was the literal next day when I told them that that time did not work for me they wanted to try and schedule me out another six weeks out. I just told them to cancel and not bother because I'm not gonna wait when I've already been waiting that long for an appointment. Terrible customer service.

As a single mother of 3, I appreciated this business being available to people that can't afford the high cost anywhere else! Also, Estella was thee best ;)

Fantastic experience! The doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! You can tell they really care! I will for sure be returning for future visits!

They gave me the wrong prescription glasses and when the doctor gave me the correct one, the manager there refused to make changes and to return my money stating that they don't do refund and was very rude. I told her she could keep the glasses since I couldn't use them.

Terrible service! I went to schedule an appointment and they told me there were no appointments available until February, and I waited an hour just for them to tell me that.
