Friendly, efficient, & professional with a splash of humanity & humor. The optometrist was thorough, listened, communicated, went above & beyond to fulfill MY NEEDS. What I liked most, was they actively listened to my situation. Then provided appropriate answers, not pressure sales. I highly recommend this provider and staff.
On a Whimsical note...
There are 3 different eyeglass providers in this strip mall. They did let me know, Pearle Vision was there first, (the other two are just copycatters.)
I thought that was cute, give them a try!

Much better visit than with Dr Helman (the last Dr. who saw me - last 2 visits.) He was rude and treated me badly because of my diabetes. Will never go in to see him again. This time Dr Briggs was kind, professional and asked me questions he listened to me.

My visit was to see about fixing an issue I had with two glass prescriptions I filled at the end of August. Those glasses no longer worked Vision wise. The optometrist examined my new glasses to verify the glasses were made correctly and then performed a new examination to see what was going on. He discovered that the new prescriptions would not longer work for me and suggested that there might be some changes that are due to physiological reasons. I plan to revisit this facility after I obtain some other medical tests.
