Long time customer of this office. Will be switching to a new contact provider. The Dr. at this location gave me the wrong prescription, so I went to go replace my contacts with a new prescription. Now my new shipment of contacts seem to be missing in delivery. Tried talking to people at the desk there and they said it would be delivered today. Didn't get delivered. Everyone working here seems to be telling me different things. Now I have Been calling this office multiple times with no pickup. I leave a message and they don't get back to me. Very disappointed and I just want to be able to see

Great experience! They could not have further exceeded my expectations here! I had a vision test yesterday and from the first step inside everyone was pleasant and welcoming. My appointment was right on time with no wait. Dr Catt was especially excellent. He performed a thorough exam, took the time sharing his knowledge and experience to answer all my questions, and above all was kind. The folks up front were friendly and helpful as well. This is the first time I have been in a LensCrafters and I would highly recommend this store!
