Excellent place to get your eyes checked. Doctor is so profesional take time with you, answer your questions. He is present and pay attention to you 100%. Lance is in the reception and he is very kind. He knows how to help you and you feel so comfortable with him. He knows the business and both are Profesionals and have years of experience. I buy my glasses there for 3 consecutive years and I will not change that. There is no other place for me to visit for my eyes prescriptions. They are the best!

Called and made an appointment for today. Showed up for it and they were closed. Office hours on the door even said they were supposed to be open as well. Never got a phone call or text cancelling the appointment, still haven't heard back for an explanation but I won't hold my breath. Called Cook Family Eye center and got an appointment there.

The store manager is very rude I am a client here, but unfortunately, after today, I will have to go elsewhere The doctor is really nice but the manager they have taking the appointments is very rude and unprofessional I have never had to deal with an adult acting that way in my life Very disrespectful and very Childish. I posted a picture on their photos to show you who is the manager that was very disrespectful.

In the past I've been dissatisfied with the care I received at the big box type vision centers so I decided to try this smaller independent office a handful of years ago, and I am so happy that I did! Dr. Abraham and Lance have been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly helpful and thorough. The customer service is outstanding. It's so nice to be treated like a valued patient!

Dr. Abraham is always kind, is great to talk to, and is always generous with his time. He answers all my questions (and believe me, I have many), and and is super patient. He is happy to work with me to try out different prescription strengths to make sure I end up with what works best for me, while making sure my eyes stay healthy. Lance is always nice and helpful, and goes over my billing and how much I'm being charged a million times so that I can understand. Plus seeing their dog is the best part of my day. She's the best girl :)
