They were so great!! I was so stressed because I ran over my glasses yesterday and they were able to get me a new prescription and fit me in!! Lara is amazing and the staff are so nice! I was visibly stressed and they still treated me with unconditional kindness. Super grateful! And my glasses look amazing

The staff at the Orem Mall always seems to have slight issues ordering, but they are vigilant and always get the job done. I also buy from America's Best and Sunglass Hut, but I wish I had all those purchases at LensCrafters. LensCrafters has better contracts with companies to secure different models, whereas places like Sunglass Hut are limited in what they can sell.

Got an eye exam and prescription glasses made same day in less than 90 minutes. Fast, helpful service. More expensive than Costco, but they didn't make we wait 2 weeks. I would purchase from here again and recommend their services. Good selection of frames, better selection than Costco as well.

Needed repair of my frame. Lara was able to replace the arm of my current frame with that of an old pair that I had. Done in 5 minutes. No charge. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks!

ALEX SPENT 30 mins fixing my glasses where the frames were broken and replaced a screw was super professional and didn't charge me a Dime! Lisa is probably the nicest lady I've met and was so loving. I felt so special here! I'm coming back!!!

I tried three other businesses yesterday without success. Then in the middle of a very busy day (holiday season), Lara at LensCrafters went the second mile to take care of me. Two thumbs way up.

Lara and Boston provided over the top customer service! We were visiting from Texas and one of my husband's nose pieces fell off. They had no trouble replacing both nose pieces, though we didn't purchase the glasses there, and wouldn't accept payment!

More of a review for an individual than the entire location. The doctor was great, quick and succinct. I had a feeling that the woman I worked with to choose my frames, Lara according to the receipt, didn't try to give me that much attention and I remember feeling like she was disinterested with helping me choose a frame. I asked for her opinions and they were negligible. Now, I'm a grown man so I I'm not the type to be offended, but when I came to pick up my glasses, SHE ORDERED THE WRONG FRAME. The pictures she took to get my measurements showed the correct frame. A mistake? Yes, but considering how I felt during my initial appointment, this was just an example of a lack of taking care. I left my job and spent my lunch break to arrive just to have the wrong glasses ordered. However, the assistant manager hooked me up and looked at the pictures and ordered the correct frames at no additional cost. He worked well with me and I appreciate him putting in that effort. So overall, my beginning experience and my later experience was okay, but I'm unsure what was going on with her that day, but it didn't feel fantastic and the interruption in my day for the wrong frames just screams poor support.
