Staff and Doctor are awesome! Went there for a check up and contacts (first time). The Optometrist was great explaining everything and giving options. The staff was so helpful teaching him how to put his contacts in/take them out. We got him some glasses too and when they needed a small adjustment a few weeks later, they were SO friendly and helpful and got it done quick!

I've always had great experiences in the past, but today, the store had two employees and no one helped me for over an hour. Finally, Megan stepped up to the plate and made everything perfect. She instantly sat down to help me once she realized I hadn't been helped yet. I felt she listened to me, apologized, found a solution, and then thanked me. She is amazing at fixing and resolving an issue. She proved again why I continue to come to this specific office.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I had a great experience. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because I was only informed of one service that wouldn't be covered by my insurance and was told it would be $40. But by the end of my appointment, there were multiple services that weren't covered that I was not made aware of and ended up having to pay over $100 for my visit. So my only critique is to be more up front about what's not covered by insurance plans. Other than that, all my needs were addressed and I had a pleasant visit!

The doctor is so nice & kind & patient. My daughter has gotten her glasses here two years in a row. Also a huge shoutout to Max he helped find my daughter her glasses. He took his time (after hours) to find glasses identical to the ones she had found that were adult sized. She was so happy & excited to get them. Thank you for always providing a great experience for my daughter.
