Truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I recently visited Eyeglass World for the first time to buy contacts, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Wilfredo. He took the time to really listen to my past experiences with contacts and offered thoughtful, personalized recommendations that perfectly fit my needs. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants each customer to leave with the best option possible. His attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. He went above and beyond in every way. I also had the pleasure of meeting Aericka, the store manager, who was just as wonderful! Her positive energy and kindhearted nature made the whole experience even better. It's rare to find a team that's this caring, attentive, and dedicated to great service. I'm so grateful I chose this location. Highly recommend Eyeglass World! I'll definitely be coming back.

Hunter, who assisted me, was incredibly patient and helped me at all times in choosing the glasses that best suited my needs and facial features. Really great experience. I never really write reviews but this one left a good impression. Came in for a quick eye exams was in and out very quick no long waits. There was a guy there (forgot his name) he helped me get my lenses in order. They said they could get the lenses in them by the end of the day. Less than 2 hours later the glasses are done and available to be picked up. Super fast, super kind. I live in South Jordan and these guys are the only ones I trust. Its always worth the trip.

She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with genuine care and attention to detail. I had such a great experience during my eye exam and glasses purchase! The Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly and gave great recommendations. Airaka, the manager, was amazing at helping me find the cutest frames that fit my face perfectly. She also made sure I was happy and satisfied with my entire experience before I left. Sydney and Carlos were so friendly and efficient during checkout and made the process super smooth. The whole team was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me see and look my best. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and always helpful. Each time I've been into the store I've been treated amazingly. Sydney and Nic are fantastic and treat people with the utmost respect. Eye exam was great and it was first time ever getting contacts. I was shown everything I needed to know about inserting and removing them. Great experience and great team atmosphere.

First off, it was super busy. The staff was running around trying to help out as many customers as they could. I was impressed with how calm and friendly they were considering the chaos. Nikky was the person that helped me. She kept apologizing for taking forever, again, it wasn't her fault, they were just super busy. She took her time and didn't rush me. I felt valued and will definitely be coming back to EyeGlass World for all my vision needs in the future.

Honestly Hunter had 10/10 performance in every single area that mattered to a customer. There wasn't anything about the experience from start to finish that wasn't completely on point, genuine caring and serving. The vibes are immaculate in this place.
