They messed up entering my insurance, and I had to call four separate times just to get it corrected. Then, the frames I got are way too tight. I've gone in multiple times for adjustments, but nothing seems to change. I honestly feel like I'm being gaslit; each time I'm told they'll probably "slide off now," but the fit feels exactly the same. Not impressed with the service or attention to detail.

The listed hours currently are incorrect. The Moran eye center here is basically closed for business. Doesn't matter what time of day, or what day of the week you show up, the lights are off, the doors are locked, and no one is in there. I've had to get glasses somewhere else.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the Moran Eye Center. They are quick and knowledgeable, plus they spend their time helping you with contacts. Most places just give you the box and tell you to use the internet.
Also if you look at the reviews on here they aren't for the eye center; instead they are for the clinic.

Dr. Gabriel Hulewsky is highly intelligent and personable. He capably answered dozens of questions from RK to nutrition (omega 3s, lutein, etc). Protecting and maintaining eye health is vital for maintaining a high quality of life and independence. So go get your eyes checked! And if you are looking for a great optometrist, I highly recommmend him.

I would NEVER EVER visited a clinic by University of Utah Health Care. All they care about is to get as much money as they can from patients.
When I came in one of their health care centers for an urgent eye condition, I was seen by a physician assistant who examined me for less than a minute, seem like she couldn't care less. She also didn't show that she had a glue what my issue was, and I actually had to tell her the type of medicine that she should prescribe. When I got the bill, it is ridiculously overcharged. They also billed it as if a MD treated me instead of the clueless PA. Their billing department is dishonest, unapproachable, rude and they overcharged.
Completely dishonest, unprofessional and useless. ALL THIS PLACE CARE ABOUT IS TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FROM PATIENTS.
I would NEVER EVER use their service again, even if I'm dying. I would NEVER EVER recommend this health center for anyone.

Honestly I'm disappointed,they have really weird schedule,I went there three weeks ago so I can choose a frame for my glasses,women said that they will call when my glasses ready,it's been about 3 weeks and they never called me,when I called them no one answered ofc I left a voicemail but I don't think that anyone cared.

Watch out for hidden charges. I asked before receiving treatment if they had preapproved it with my insurance and they said not to worry that the medication was a sample. I later recieved a $900.00 bill. We asked for a review and they didn't budge on the cost.
