Orem Eye Clinic

This review based on interaction with Shery, office manager, based on how she spoke to me and my daughter after a dispute about the care provided and the process of how they set up an appointment for a "recommended" annual eye exam, even though her prescription from them is only a year old and valid for a other year. Shery was unprofessional, rude, confrontational, dismissive and condescending to both of us. Her tone was indignant and self-righteous. Did not take time to listen to or understand the concerns and questions being raised. We have had other eye exams and purchased frames and lenses from this location in the past and haven't had any trouble with any of the other people that work here. Our family will not be back and will let as many people as we can know of our experience with this location.

I've been seeing Dr. Solomon Campbell for a few years. He is a fantastic optometrist. He's always warm and friendly. He is the best eye doctor I've ever had. The office staff are always helpful and kind. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive here.

Just went to Dr.Campbell today for the first time. Best experience I've had at an eye doctor. Thorough and complete. Very personable and professional. My new eye doctor. Highly recommend.

All of the staff was very kind and considerate, but I am especially grateful for Shery. Not only was she super friendly and easy to talk to, but she genuinely wanted to help. She helped me navigate my awful insurance plan, and was able to find me the best deal possible to save money. She was so patient, and went out of her way to offer suggestions and alternatives to my vision plan. Today was my first visit here, because it was one of the few options nearby in my network, but because of Shery, I'm excited to make this my go to eye doctor.

I was so impressed and grateful of this place. I was in a bind with my contacts and in desperate need for some help. After calling multiple eye care providers The Orem Eye Clinic were the only ones able to help. On top of that they were happy to assist me. All of this service even though I was not an existing patient. I believe Brad was the front desk staff who I dealt with. He was super understanding friendly. Because of this experience, I will definingly be switching providers and scheduling my next eye care services with this business.

I really like the respect I was given by the staff and eye doctors here. Even though I have high mental health needs for my eyes, I was given the most considerate and patient care. I have needed glasses for the last 15 years, and I have never received such kind and considerate care for my eyes. The orem eye clinic also has amazing newer technology that made my visit more comfortable. In addition to all of these things, they have a changing table in the bathrooms and a wooden train set in the kids' play area. Making it a perfect place for parents.

I absolutely love Orem Eye clinic! I'm able to take my kids with me and they have a cute toy area for them to play while we wait! They were able to get me in for a same day appointment for an issue I was having with my eyes and actually took the time to listen to what was happening and helped me find a solution! If you have any questions or issues with glasses they take care of it so fast! They treat you like family here! I will make the 30 minute drive any day to go here!

Our whole family goes there- (ages 5-40) and we all LOVE Orem Eye Clinic! Their prices for exams are comparable and fair. They're FANTASTIC with kids! Anytime we have had a problem with glasses, they fix them or get a new pair ordered. They've worked so well with our insurance, always ensuring that we use our benefits to get the most out of them. They are so knowledgeable and so professional. As well as SO helpful! I always know that when I take my kids there, they will come away with glasses that fit right, or contacts that they like and don't bother them. And I can always call with any issue and they are very helpful and quick to help us resolve it! We will never go anywhere else. We tried to go somewhere a little closer to where we lived and it wasn't worth it. Went immediately back to Orem Eye Clinic!
