Warby Parker University Place

I came in tonight at 5pm with two of my kids who had just been to the eye dr. When we walked in the two employees were sitting at the counter glued to their phones. I wanted to get in and out quickly and fully intended to buy them both glasses. They each tried on probably 20 pairs and walked circles around the store. The employees both sat at the counter in the middle of the store not once looking up at us let alone acknowledging our presence. We were there for fifteen minutes and were the only customers in the store the whole time. Out of principle, I will not give business to a store whose employees are so incredibly rude. It is mind boggling to me that not once did they say, "Hello, can I help you?" Nothing. When we left I told one of the employees how crazy it was that no one offered to help us. Even while I was talking to the one woman telling her how it is disappointing that no one helped us, the second employee just sat glued to her phone. Didnt look up once. It's crazy to me that employees just sit on their phones unwilling to do their job. If I was the manager I would certainly want to know! Happy to spend my money elsewhere!

I scheduled a same day eye exam, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Edmunds answered all my questions and was very precise in trying to figure out my prescription, as it had been a very long time since my last exam. The store service was great too, the employees were helpful in giving advice and providing their opinions as to which frames looked better on me. Definitely will continue to buy glasses here in the future and will recommend to friends.

Had a wonderful experience today at the Orem Warby Parker. The associates were so kind and made everyone who came in feel confident in their glasses picks. I felt like they truly cared to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. The doctor I saw today was also wonderful, he was detailed and talked through the entire process. The pricing also felt incredibly reasonable for both the exam and the glasses that I ordered.

My exam went just fine. I was prescribed a specific set of contacts to my sensitive eyes and told that they'd notify me when those contacts were in at the store. This was January, 2025. I waited several months and still wasn't notified of them coming in to the store. When I called to ask the status, the employee rudely told me if I hadn't heard back, it was because the order hadn't arrived yet. So I waited and it's been almost a year and my prescription is almost expired. I wear glasses everyday, so this wasn't a necessary purchase, but I expected more communication.

The Staff at Warby Parker are fantastic! Jenn, Baylee, Taylor, Lexi. Kenzie and Leslie were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, helpful and fun! Great service when ordering my glasses.

My experience was great! The prices were super affordable, I got a pair with my prescription for under $105 and the employees tighten and adjust glasses for free. Lots of color options and really nice employees as well. Way better than Lens Crafters who tried to upsell the heck out of me.

The eye exam was thorough, with the doctor taking time to explain every part of the exam and what he was seeing. Buying glasses was easy and fun, and Baylee was a great help in making sure I was finding what I wanted and making my purchase

I can't say enough about how amazing the team at University Mall was today. It was my first time going to Warby Parker. My daughter needed new glasses and the whole team was beyond helpful. They helped with the selection process. They were knowledgeable and informative and also supplied toys and coloring pages for my other children to be entertained so we could take our time and choose new frames. Warby Parker wasn't in network with our insurance, but we purchased from them today anyways because my daughter's top 3 frame choices were all in store. We shopped at several competitors before going also. Great selection and excellent service. Thank you! We will shop there again.
