Walmart Vision & Glasses

My experience with this vision center has been miserable. Do not come here. If you are able, please go to Box Elder vision. They are fantastic there. I had to get my eye exam corrected twice. When I mentioned that I was having issues the first time, I was brushed off and told to give my eyes time to adjust.... even though I was struggling to read anything. Many of the ladies here treat you like a constant annoyance. They are not knowledgeable. Each transaction is very long while I have been given very little information about my options or their procedures. I was being helped by a newer employee who was figuring things out (nothing wrong with this, I completely understand). When he asked his coworker for help or clarification, she would VISABLY roll her eyes, scoff at him, and not get off her phone playing games the entire time I was there. It was so disturbing. I have worked in direct member service for years. Even on my worst day, I would not treat a coworker or customer like this. Every step of getting contacts/glasses has been such a pain. Even when I canceled my order, asking when my material availability for my insurance would be cleared, they had no answers for me other than "well, that shouldn't be happening. We didnt even charge your insurance". When they called me back hours later, I had already resolved the issue with my insurance. I have gotten vision care at Costco before, and been satisfied with every other experience I had, and assumed this would be relatively similar.... please save yourself the hassel and money.

Awful customer service. My wife and I were just looking at frames and the woman working rudely informed me that my insurance wasn't accepted, which is completely understandable however when we continued to inquire about prices she continued to act like we were the biggest burden for even trying to give them our business anyways. Good job ma'am, we won't be.

My recent experience at the Walmart Vision Center left me quite dissatisfied, and I regret to say that I won't be returning. The eye care services were decent, but the recurring issue with one of the staff members, LeAnn, was a significant drawback. During my visit, she continuously brought up the fact that I brought my son during school hours, a topic that is entirely unrelated to the services I was seeking. It's important to emphasize that my parenting choices are not LeAnn's business. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the third time it's happened, creating a pattern of unprofessional behavior that leaves me with no desire to return to the Walmart Vision Center in the future.

Great customer service. Leeann has always been super helpful, going above and beyond. I've purchased glasses from several places before, and this is my favorite.

AWFUL. I came a little late (yes my bad) and when I said "hi I have an appointment" the lady super sarcastically said "well you HAD an appointment". I apologized and explained I got stuck coming down from Logan in the canyon and she said "sorry?" I can't even imagine being so rude to a customer. I understand if I'm late they have every right to tell me I've missed my opportunity but there's a right way to do it and they were absolutely AWFUL. I would rather pay a 100 dollar copay then come here.

Worst customer service ever. My son missed school to get his exam today when we made the appointment I gave them our insurance Info. She came up to us today saying he isn't in the system for insurance and I need to call the number on the card to get the information for them .I called and blue Cross said yes he has 100 percent coverage and the only info they need is my card nunber. I went to tell the lady this and all she continued to do is shrug her shoulders and say IDK IDK. I asked her what information they need so my son who missed school can be seen and her response I don't know. I asked her if she could go find someone that knows and she starred at me and repeated I don't know it comes up that he isn't covered I was beyond irritated at this point so I left and will be finding someone that knows more then the words I DON'T KNOW. horrible customer service

Been going there for Five years. Staff is always friendly and seem to remember me. When it comes to the exams, the doctors always check if there are specific reasons as to why you are getting the exam and focus on that.

This was my first time going to a Walmart Vision center but i was extremely satisified with my visit. I was a few minutes late and when i walked in the gal up front welcomed me by my name. She took me right back and i briefly filled out paper work. She took me to a back room where she quickly tested my vision then took me right back to see the Dr. Dr. BUDGE was extremely kind and took time to make sure my needs were met. He removed a foreign object from my eye and perscribed a prescription and i was on my way. Will definitely go there again for any vision needs. Reasonably priced and sercive was excellent.
