The office staff tried to call me the day before my appointment to reschedule. When it they couldn't ahold of me with the office phone they just gave up. I had to do a lot to make it to the appointment the next day just to be told very rudely that they had tried to call. When I asked to put a note in my chart to text or use a cell phone to call me since the office phone wouldn't ring to my phone they said that wasn't possible.

Both Dr Kirk's have gone above and beyond with helping our family in emergency eye care. I've had 2 separate cases where two of my children had issues that needed immediate care and these great Dr's pulled through, one even being on a weekend. Didn't hesitate to come in on a Sunday to treat the issue. They are professional and kind and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend these fantastic Dr's.

I started seeing Dr. Kirk back in December 2020. I ended up having cataracts removed from each eye and had lasers done twice in each. When I went in for my procedures I was very anxious due to a mental health disorder. Dr. Kirk made sure that he explained everything in as much detail as possible helping me fully understand what was happening both before, during and after the procedures. During my follow up appointments I always felt like I was being heard and understood. Even when he was having a busy day I never felt rushed out the door and he always walked me to the front. When I noticed something off in my vision I called his office first thing and had a response within the morning. Which I found to be amazing because he had been doing other surgeries all morning and made sure I got a quick response. His office staff is awesome. The nurses show genuine concern for you and take as long as you need to get things done right. They also keep the office clean and well maintained. I have nothing but good things to say. I'm quite young to have had cataract surgery so I didn't know what to expect, but I felt respected and cared for.
