Dr. Heyborne is the best optometrist I have been to. He and his staff are very personable, kind, and make you feel very comfortable. He takes the time to explain everything to me and obviously does his research. He has taken the time to explain all the options for my contacts and glasses and lets me choose based on my preferences and budget without pushing. My appointments are always easy to schedule at a convenient time for me as well. I highly recommend his office!

We did have good service from CTR, but we received the worst lenses ever. The lenses they put in our glass must have been cheap, they constantly have to be cleaned to see. We bought progressive lenses for $400, and when we had them checked by our optometrist, they asked where we bought them and said they were lenses not used anymore, that they were horrible. I did call them about these issues, and the doctor there was not willing to do anything about the cheap lenses we bout there. I would never recommend anyone to purchase glasses here. Cw

These folks were phenomenal! I called in to schedule an appointment and they got me in the very next day. When I came for my appointment I was expected and greeted with the biggest smiles. They got me in and out with a full exam speedy quick. I loved the new contact brand recommendation and my prescription works beautifully. They were both incredibly kind and helpful. I appreciated how warm and friendly each person was, it made a big difference in my day. Thank you for the awesome service!

I can't say enough good things! Dr Heyborne is the absolute best, he cares about the patients. I wear a prosthetic and he actually did research and took time to explain & answer my questions. I would recommend him to anyone. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. This is THE place to go to for eye care!
