Office is warm and inviting. Dr. Western was friendly and explained things really well. They also had a great selection of frames and I got top quality assistance when picking them out. So glad I was able to find this provider so close to home.

Dr. Western is amazing! So patient and kind. He was so great with my 9y/o (who is difficult at Doctors offices) explained everything, the girls that work in the office were also very patient with my kids! Best experience at the eye doctor.

What an awesome experience today! I was warmly greeted the minute I arrived. The facility was immaculate and I appreciated their hygiene procedure (everyone washed their hands before their appointment). The equipment, technology and staff was very impressive. My appointment was with Dr. Jeffrey Western. He is absolutely fantastic! He took his time explaining and answering questions throughout my entire appointment; very knowledgeable and professional! His personality is very pleasant, personable, and caring as well. I look forward to receiving my glasses in a few weeks, confident I have found my new eye care team.

We were going to another office for a couple years and the experience was entirely transactional. No real engagement, no recommendations for things to do to help our eyes. We switched office and have had an amazing and personal experience with every visit. I'm very impressed and satisfied with their care and service.

We originally went here because it was covered by our insurance but have had a great experience with everyone. We are always able to get an appointment, glasses and contacts come so fast, the front desk staff is incredible about communication. The best part is the time and attention the doctor takes talking with you, listening to your concerns, and educating me about vision concerns. I have been so happy with Cornerstone. Highly recommend.
