I went here because after 5 years, I needed an affordable and quality new pair of glasses. I was also looking for contacts just in case (I only wear contacts if my glasses are broken or special occasion and I told dr that). I had my 10 year old daughter and 10 month old son with me. We had just gotten my daughter new glasses elsewhere so she didn't need any...but Dr kept pressuring to get her some. I did the exam for myself and picked my glasses out. I picked out contacts too and paid for those. I ended up paying $130 out of pocket AFTER DOUBLE INSURANCE for 1 pair of glasses. Those glasses broke after 2 weeks of use. I have had them for a couple months and haven't even been able to use them. I also can't drop them off to get fixed because this place is only open Monday - Thursday 9-5. If you work a normal job, it will be impossible to get anything done here without having to take time off. Lastly, as I tended to my restless/hungry baby, Dr checked my daughters eyes and got her to pick out glasses she didn't need. I just wanted to hurry up and leave so we paid for those too and left. So upset I wasted so much money here.

Dr Rencher was wonderful! He took the time to care, and was very detailed. I've been going to the bigger clinics, were I have to see a Technition and then another Dr or two. He does it all. Staff is nice! My daughter, and wife have been coming here as well. They are very competative with prices for frames, contact and even take our insurance. I would highly recommend!

My eye appointment experience was great. There was no wait, no being crammed into cramped waiting rooms and herded through like cattle. This doctor was very thorough and very professional. Gave me information I didn't know (was never told by any other opthomologists), and the doctor himself helped me find the perfect frames that came in under budget. He also let me decide exactly where I wanted the bifocal line instead of just assuming what would work for me. His office took care of the insurance. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that makes you feel like they care about customers.

Dr. Rencher is amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. He didn't treat my children's visit as just another visit. He made it very personable and had my kids laughing the whole time!! He's by far the BEST! The girls at the front desk were very informative and went over details of my insurance coverage very thoroughly. I plan on going to him for more years to come! Thank you for the awesome experience!!

Dr. Rencher has been great to have as an eye doctor. I've been going to him for years now for glasses and contacts and it's always a pleasurable experience. He's very thorough on his eye exams and spends all the time you need with him. I'll be going back for many years to come.

I have been going to Dr. Rencher for nearly 12 years now! He is very thorough and kind. His staff are very efficient and thoughtful. Together they have made my experience amazing and I will never see anyone else!!

Great staff . My exam was on a Monday glasses were ready the following Wednesday. Staff was very professional. Highly recomend.
