Dr. Griffeth was amazing with my cataracts. He told me a few options and let me choose which would be best for my situation. He even called me on his personal cell to check on me. Will be returning for all eye care needs as long as I can. Great guy, and very personable. Office staff was very patient too. The insurance I have is weird, and they kept the communication about it open. Great office!

My son and I were both charged a $10 copay even after we told them there wasn't a copay on our plan. Then they said we had to contact billing. We arrived at home and I second checked our benefits again to confirm he was in network and No copay was needed So they lied and said their pre-authorization department said we had a copay. Now I remember why we haven't used them and will never go there again. They participate in Medicare fraud and unethical billing/ charges. Avoid them like a plague.

Dr Griffeth is the friendliest, honest and trustworthy eye doctor I have found. I'm so thankful for him and his staff. They are fantastic

I like doctor Griffeth. But unfortunately my last experience with the office staff has not been so great. I ordered some prescription sunglasses and was stated they will be ready to be picked up on. Mon Aug 18th but when I called the office to make sure they were delivered I found out that DR Griffeth decided to close the office this week. I ordered these sunglasses to have on my vacation and because of them being closed this week means I won't get them until after my vacation is over. When I spoke to the office staff they never mentioned about them closing and in fact told me to come in on Monday. Very disappointing. Most likely not returning after this. The staff needs to have better communication. Now I have to go without my glasses I paid good money for.

The doctor is amazing. He genuinely cares for his patients and the staff is always friendly and helpful
