The entire staff was welcoming and kind. I loved how knowledgeable and informative my Dr and his assistant were and the technology was impressive. After my exam the sales team were so great bringing me so many different frames to try on for my first time and they were so patient with me being indecisive and even gave me their opinions. Great experience.

The exam itself was wonderful. The doctor was simple, straightforward, and informative. I went in to get contacts, and the person helping me not only offered to help by giving me a visual of his own contacts, but was amazingly informative, helpful, and encouraging throughout. The monthly contacts I plan to get (that I currently have a one week trial for) feel amazing and are extremely easy to take care of.

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for an eye exam. Diane (I thin that was her name) took me through all of the screenings and tests and she was amazing to work with throughout the entire appointment. My actual consultation was with the doctor via Telehealth (in the office) and I wasn't sure how that would go. But he was very friendly and easy to speak with regarding the changes I've noticed in my vision. Overall, a great experience for my entire exam, from check-in to getting my updated prescription.

Went in to do a routine eye exam and see about frames/contacts. Testing was straight forward and no hassle so pretty good. Putting in contacts for the first time was a funny experience overall as one contact refused to sit on my eye. And I always go for a specific brand of glasses and they were able to point it out right away without needing to check a single thing. It was overall a quick, and enjoyable experience.

Everything went well until the very end of appointment. The employee who was assisting us stepped away for a moment, but ended up helping a new set of customers. We didn't even realize this until another employee asked if we needed help with anything. I still needed to pay for my glasses, which is what previous employee was supposed to be helping with. It was a very bizarre customer service experience.
