I have been a patient at Eye Care of VT for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. There have been a couple of times I had an urgent eye problem and they are always gracious about seeing me unexpectedly. The visits are efficient and supportive. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

We initially had a frustrating experience where the appointment felt rushed and the resulting prescription left my daughter's vision fuzzy. However, I am very impressed with how EyeCare of Vermont handled our concerns. They listened to our frustrations and scheduled a no-charge re-exam with a different provider. We saw Dr. Busier for the follow-up, and she was extremely professional and thorough in addressing my daughter's specific vision needs. I truly appreciate a team that listens to their patients and works hard to get things right. Thank you for the great resolution!"

The doctors and staff at Eyecare of Vermont are above and beyond great. I've been using them for years and have had nothing but excellent care. Additionally, they are incredibly kind and compassionate. I needed to bring my 2 1/2 year old grandson to my last appointment. He was far less than quiet and cooperative during my exam and procedure. Dr. Bussier and the whole staff worked around this wiggly little terror and completed the appointment as if it was "business as usual," which it definitely was not! Highly recomment the Burlington office of Eyecare of Vermont.

Miss Dr Grayson, but Rebecca Busier is a terrific replacement. All the support staff from the receptionist to Angel do a fantastic job. The service is always professional, friendly and supportive. Keep up the good work

Yes, I care practice state that they do except Vermont Medicade however they don't make it clear that they are not accepting any new adult patients who are covered by Vermont Medicade, which is extremely misleading and I truly believe if there are stipulations conditions or what have you on acceptance of Medicade then it should be clearly posted on the site. Extremely frustrating.

Jon Erickson and team worked me in for eye exam and new glasses fit same day as requested. Really appreciate that service for long term patient.

Efficient, friendly, thorough. New (for me) doc was pleasant although didn't smile ever. Very helpful in reporting what she was doing and why. Also no pressure to buy new glasses there.
