I called this office after reaching out to numerous other Eye care locations not being able to get an appointment until spring. These guys got me On the schedule Within a few weeks, The appointment itself Was streamlined And efficient. The doctor was kind and caring And a week later, I have my eyeglasses! I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

I wasn't expecting such excellent service from a "chain" type eye doctor, but this location really blew me away. My partner and I were able to get appointments pretty quickly given our limited availability (within a month). We were seen on time, our exams were thorough, and everyone was really friendly and polite. I had an issue with the frames I picked out. After wearing them for a few days, they were heavy and uncomfortable. I was able to walk in for an adjustment, but it didn't make them any more comfortable for me. A few days after the adjustment, I contact the office and was able to exchange them for a new pair, which I absolutely love! I've already suggested this branch to a few friends. I'm glad we took the chance!!!

MyEyeDr. was my first visit to an eye doctor in almost 15 years but they made the process very easy. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and they did a great job explaining every step of the process. From start to finish, I was done in about an hour and they even helped me pick out a pair of glasses that would best fit my face structure. Highly recommend them for your eye needs

I had a wonderful experience at the MyEyeDr location in Burlington. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, but Dr. Fitzgerald truly stood out. He was approachable, clear, and to the point--answering all of my medical questions and taking the time to educate me on preventive eye health, which I really appreciated. Amanda, who helped me select both glasses and sunglasses, was absolutely amazing--both personally and professionally. She immediately understood the look I was going for and quickly found frames that matched my style perfectly. We also had a genuinely great conversation during the process. I was so impressed by the care and service that I'll be setting up an appointment for my husband next. Highly recommend!
