I would like to commend Dr Erikkson and Office Manager Matt for their prompt return calls and excellent service. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, the office was closed and their deliveries were interrupted and considerably slowed. I had been waiting on a pair of glasses that had to be repaired out of office. I needed these glasses to see and my replacement drug store glasses weren't effective. Matt was able to make me a replacement pair of glasses to use until my other ones were finally delivered to the office. I'm sure there were many situations like mine that Dr Erikkson and Matt had to handle. They were both very understanding and went above and beyond to help me. Their customer service is second to none and they are a credit to our community! I hope all their clients and customers let them know how much we appreciate them!
