Been going here for years and these guys are top notch. There are a number of other providers much closer to where I live, but I keep coming back here. My perscription hasn't changed much at all for over 7 years, but Dr. Miranda is always very thorough and checks everything. I like to ask questions, and he is always willing and eager to explain the "why and how" behind the science of our eyes and the tests he performs. He also keeps up to date on technology improvements and makes me aware of the pros/cons of available options (new contact brands, lasik, etc). Dr. Miranda has built a strong team around him. The support staff at the front counter are very friendly and dilligently and effectivly communicate and follow-up with you. Additionally, they are insurance experts. They have clearly laid out to me what is covered, what isn't, and all aplicable timelines. When there are options, they will show how you can choose to pay for "A" yourself and bill insurance for "B" to get the most value out of your coverage (if you need both contacts and glasses, for example). Recently, they provided me with a set of sample contacts to get me through until my next appointment when I didn't plan appropriately. Awesome customer service!

Absolutely terrible. Hasn't gotten my prescription right and will not return my phone call. Also bought a pair of sunglasses and when I inquired about them they will not return my phone call. Don't even know if they returned my money! Would not recommend!

Recently returned to Geogia Eye Center after moving back to the area and am impressed with their new location as well as the continued excellent service Dr.Miranda and his staff provide.
