Green Mountain Eye Care

This is the only eye care practice that has gotten my prescription and glasses right on the first try. I have a complicated prescription and, over the past 70 years, I've visited many different practices. The exam was careful, thorough, respectful, and clearly explained. All of my questions were answered in a straightforward way, and the service in the office is impeccable.

Staff is very friendly and efficient They make sure when you leave that your glasses are clean and adjusted as needed. They are very helpful and knowledgeable when dealing with insurances and they help you understand your coverages

No wait time to speak of after checking in. Very courteous and knowledgable staff. They really emulate a caring and supportive atmosphere. Not at all trying to sell or push anything on you that you don't need. Great experience. Couldn't ask for better.

Green Mountain eyecare saved my vacation. I accidentally brought two sets of the same eye's contacts. I called around frantically to different shops this morning looking for my lenses and nobody had them. Green Mountain worked with my doctor at home to find a lens from the same company but a different model that would work. Not only that but they gave me a set of trials when I was expecting I'd need to pay out of pocket for a prescription. Incredible service.

Green Mountain Eye Care fit me in on a busy day and thoroughly examined my eye issue. All my interactions were great and everyone I encountered is friendly and pleasant. I truly appreciate being able to talk to a real person when I call the office and also being able to get the assistance of the optician without having to make an appointment ahead of time.
