Champlain Eye and Vision

Called to schedule an eye exam, and the establishment is booking into March. Luckily I was able to get an appointment sooner due to a cancellation. Eye exam took less than 30 minutes total(including new patient paperwork), and the staff was super friendly and efficient!!

Great experience! The staff and Dr Whitney were so kind, efficient, and informative. Great experience and feel very confident with their Glaucoma care.

I love the team of people here at Champlain eye vision. Especially Tea who helps me pick out amazing glasses:))). I've been working with her for over 20 years! Angel at the front desk is amazing and I enjoy working with the doctors as well. They have a great welcoming office and a very easy location.

This is the first eye doctor visit I have had in years. I always get anxious at any type of appointment like this. I got a first appointment quickly and did not have to wait long at all for my appointment. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, helpful and funny! From the warm and friendly front desk staff, including Morgen, who made everything clear, simple and explained things from options to pricing, to Tina (I hope I remembered her name correctly) who performed my initial exam/testing who was so understanding and eased my anxiety so much, to Dr. Whitney who was equally educational, warm, funny and thoughtful, to Gabi who helped me pick out my glasses until I found something that suited my needs perfectly. Everything was explained in terms of testing options, pricing, recommendations and more. Nothing was pushed on me which I appreciated. I was given the information and my choices were respected. Even when I agreed to the additional testing they checked in before doing so about the purpose and the additional fee to make sure I understood and was comfortable. All this in the midst of an event they were hosting. I was not rushed and I felt welcomed and taken care of. I am really happy that my first appointment in so long was here!!

It had been over 3 years since I had an eye exam. I decided to try Dr. Martell and Associates because they were a premiere provider with my insurance and they were within close proximity to my work. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service that was provided. From the office staff to the doctor, they went above and beyond my expectations. They explained my options with my insurance and took the time to help me pick out the right pair of glasses and lenses. I will be recommending them to everyone who is in need of an eye doctor.

Dr. Whitney was very thorough, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! The office staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about the preliminary testing and helping me find the right pair of glasses that fit me properly. They also knew the type of lenses I needed to better assist my reading ability. I would highly recommend them.

Brought my son for the first time. Everyone was friendly, Dr. Whitney was very easy going, and informative at the same time. We will be bringing the family here from now on. Highly reccomend.

My family and I relocated to Vermont from California and it's always nerve racking finding new doctors, etc. So after some research and seeing the wonderful reviews I decided to give Champlain Eye and Vision a go. So glad I did. The staff is amazing and Dr Whitney was awesome and very knowledgeable about my autoimmune disorder that affects my eyes. Special shout out to Angel for helping me pick out my new glasses and making my experience so wonderful l. Can't recommend them enough.
