I went into Lens Crafters with my friend and fiance. We were helping my friend look for new frames. We go in and my friend tries on a pair of frames. I asked if it was okay to put them back when she was done trying them on or if they wanted them to be put somewhere to be cleaned because I know some places like to clean their glasses in between try ons. This old lady with short hair who was working there turns towards me and says "No we don't do that anymore it's not covid time" she said it in a rude tone. She then turns towards my friend and says that the section we were looking in is $300(there most expensive section) which is not a problem for my friend but continues to guide us towards the discount section. I noticed she kept staring at us. She made the environment very hostile and was very classist towards my friend. Not only was she classist but I have a feeling it had to do with the color of mine and my fiance's skin. LensCrafters needs to do better. Don't hire old hags who think it's okay to judge people. My friend even told her that we were just looking for right now and that she would come back later with her actual prescription. The lady clearly wanted us out. She needs to get off her high horse. She's not better than anyone and her main job should be assisting us and helping not shaming.

Paula was such a wonderful help when I was getting a new pair of frames. She was very informative, friendly and spent a good amount of time getting me the best price and going over my options with me. She was happy to answer all of my questions and explain the different kinds of lenses to me. I will definitely be buying all of my eyeglasses from LensCrafters in the future. Their customer service is amazing.

I came in as a walk in.. with my child's pair of glasses in two pieces. The two woman in the store were very helpful. They were able to fix the glasses without any waiting time, and adjust them to my child's face, something the original place we got them didn't do. They are super friendly and would highly recommend them to anyone having problems with their glasses. I will be going back in a few weeks to get new frames!

In November, I went to this location of LensCrafters to adjust a pair of eyeglasses I had recently purchased the month before. The man who was helping me was very rude, loud, and at times irate and intimidating when I asked simple questions. I was shocked, given I had been helped before by another worker (a very professional younger woman) and had never seen this kind of behavior before. It seemed as if he had his own personal problems and perhaps was bringing it into the workplace. Worst of all, this man didn't properly adjust my glasses. They are crooked and uncomfortable to wear because of him. I'm leaving this review here to warn others of the service they may find here if they have the misfortune of being "helped" by this man. The only way for LensCrafters to rectify this situation is to give me a full refund.

The person quoted me a ballpark price for just the lens without looking at my prescription. I had handed him my old pre-cataract surgery glasses and then walked to look at frames. He never even stood up. He decided from the old pre-cataract surgery lens that it would cost upward of 300.00. He was dismissive. So I went instead to Costco. The charge including the cost of frame was less than half the price lens crafters quoted me, which included "free frames" at lens crafters. And the people at Costco were kind and respectful. If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that for my lens crafters experience

Alan, optician So. Burlington store in University Mall, gave me a quick repair of new Rx eyeglasses with screw and lens fallen out. As I'm visiting VT from out-of-state, I cannot thank Alan enough for terrific service, but I'll try. Thank you, Alan! You saved me !!

Just popped in to look at the different styles of glasses as I am in need of a new pair. Basically got kicked out because "these styles are all going to be out of stock soon so there's no point of being here." I was taken aback by these comments and the woman's tone of voice. I meant to be of no inconvenience and she made me feel like I did not belong there. Will not be supporting their business!

The team was so helpful and great while I was traveling from out of town and had a problem with my glasses that was really hurting me! Thanks for everything- they were friendly, too, after another nearby vendor wouldn't even look at my problem!
