I had an excellent experience at Vermont Eye Laser. Dr. Larson was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The only regret I have is I didn't do it sooner! The entire team was fantastic with communication, explaining everything clearly and being so responsive and professional throughout the process. You can really tell they care about their patients. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering Lasik surgery.

Dr. Larson did lasik surgery on me and then 10 years later a tune up. 15 years later i still have 20/20 vision thanks to her. Today she took a piece of metal out of my eye. In office in and out. I felt better immediately and could even drive home. The whole team is excellent. Eye care for the Adirondacks said I might be blinded if they did it. I believe that.

My surgery was 100% successful! I was in great hands with Dr.Larson and her staff. They are professional and friendly. Everything was clearly explained to me before and during the procedure. Had I known how easy this was going to be I would have have the surgery done years ago.

Greedy and unhelpful. Getting LASIK is easy. They are responsive to calls, very friendly, the whole process is well oiled and stress free. After you give them your money, they don't respond. They over corrected my vision, then brushed me off several times on the phone when I asked to have an exam to determine if that was actually the case. I finally went to my regular eye doctor who confirmed the over correction and sent them a letter directly. After over a year of trying to talk to someone and get an appointment, I get a call from them days after the letter goes out acting as if this was the first they'd heard of me needing to get back in. Then they tell me that correction is another $500 per eye! Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money here.

I recently had Lasik done with Dr. Juli Larson and her staff! The whole office had a very comfortable feel annd Everyone I had interaction with on staff was very nice helpful and knowledgeable! The surgery itself was done before I realized it started! Then I could see perfectly before I left the waiting room to go home and now have been able to see better than I ever have! I have and would refer anyone interested in lasik eye surgery to Dr. Larson!! Thank you Dr. Juli Larson and staff for a wonder Experience and giving me my ability to see like never before! A+++

Dr. Larson and her team were phenomenal! From the initial scheduling of the consult to the post-op check-in, they were kind, communicative and efficient. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable and made my husband very comfortable with the process. The results have been life changing and the process was a 10 out of 10 with Dr. Larson and her team! Wish he had connected to New England Vision & Vermont Eye Laser sooner.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Larson, who did cataract surgery on my second eye. Highlights: Absolutely pain free (not even tylenol); super responsive Dr; well organised and high functioning staff and office environment. Unconditional recommendation. (My first eye was done elsewhere and was a terrible experience - painful, unresponsive post-op staff, frustrating experience)
