North Star Vision

I had not visited an eye doctor for a number of years and when I finally decided I needed to, I had to play the whole "find a doctor"-game. "Are you accepting new patients?" I was directed to North Star Vision in Springfield and the receptionist took my information and scheduled an appointment the next morning. Getting to the office was a little confusing due to the building they are in but my visit was quick and painless. I would recommend for anyone needing an eye doctor.

Neal at Lane Eye was amazingly helpful. I had been to three other eye eye glass facilities and my glasses were still not right! The first two tried different lenses multiple times but things were still out of focus for me. The third wanted $500 for lenses which I just couldn't bring myself to do after already spending extra hundreds of dollars on trying different lenses. Neal was able to think out of the box a bit and be flexible in his approach to try something new and it worked! After over six months of trying different things. He is soft spoken and worth listening to and he offered a VERY affordable price. The place is a bit out dated but don't let that fool you, they do great work there. I'm so grateful.

Every time I need lenses put in new frames it gets done quick and with quality. I even got a discount for being a repeat customer. The technician Neil is really good! I highly recommend this place!

Quick exam!! Too qquick i said thats not quite clear. Paid to have glasses made waited 2 weeks then the bifocal line was extremely high. Solution is 2 weeks more and sorry fixes that. There are muvh better choices
