I had a wonderful experience at Springfield Family Eye care! The staff are so lovely. Dr. Smith is the kindest, most professional ophthalmologist I have ever had. She explains everything so articulately and clearly enjoys her work. Her assistant Justice is well-trained, efficient, and personable. I felt "heard" and cared for. I had great fun picking out new glasses with the help of office managers Samantha and Stephanie, who made the process of decision making so much easier. My new glasses arrived faster than expected and are absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this admirable and amazing team.

Excellent experience at Springfield Family Eyecare. Stephanie, in particular, is friendly, attentive, and helped us pick out the perfect pair of eyeglasses - they have a really nice selection. The doctor takes time to explain everything clearly. They genuinely care about their patients and never rush appointments. Prices are fair, and they helped me find options that fit my budget. Highly recommend for personal, professional, and affordable eye care.

I just went to Springfield Family Eye Care for my first appointment and was so blown away that I had to write a review immediately after. The entire staff are so warm and kind and welcoming. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. My exam was extremely thorough and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and double checked everything to ensure that we had the right prescription. I ended up needing a prescription that was brand new to me and everyone was so kind and patient while answering my many questions. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

I have a rare condition that ivy league specialists dismissed as "impossible." But during my visit, Dr. Smith took the time, really looked, and noticed it right away. She's the eye whisperer. Her entire team works like a finely tuned engine professional, kind, and totally in sync. The office is clean, equipped with the latest technology, and the overall experience feels smooth and welcoming. They also have a great selection of frames without pressuring you into extras. I feel confident and well cared for every time I come in. Highly recommend!

SpringfieldFamilyEyecare, and Dr Smith, were a great find for me this year! There are welcoming and skilled administrative staff, Nancy and Stephanie, and a very pleasant atmosphere and setting to set you at ease...plus, love my Inface frames.

Dr. Smith is amazing and she is the only doctor I will go to from now on! I've had several eye exams in my life and doctor Smith is the only doctor that has taken the time to address the concerns I've had with my eyes, and not only that she found out what was wrong with my eyes in the first five minutes I was in the exam room with her. She validated my concerns, made me feel like I was listened to, and the exam was so thorough I'm confident my new prescription will make my life exponentially better. Going to any doctor can be expensive, but knowing that you're really being taken care of makes it so worth it! I can't thank the team in the office enough, they are all sweet and so good at their jobs, I'm so happy I went.
