Appointment was on time. Every person I dealt with were friendly and courteous. You were kept informed of what test was being done and why. Dr Ste Marie does a thorough exam and keeps you posted on everything. His personality is excellent. I'd highly recommendation without hesitation

I don't often give 5 stars to places, but this one deserves it. I have a lot of disabilities including autism which comes with several sensory issues, they went out of they way to make me feel comfortable! I've also been told by other opthamologists that my eyes can't be corrected, which was untrue, and I had nearly given up hope, but they assured me and gave me hope that it could correct it! The staff was also very sensitive to my financial struggles and we're able to help me navigate those issues to help me come with the best plan to get a prescription set of glasses that were right for me! The best choice I've ever made for my eyes was to come to Northern Valley Eye Care!

I have always gone here for my eye care. I recently had an emergency situation and called the office to be seen. The staff member who greeted me on the phone was very accommodating and got me right in to be seen by Dr. Phillips. The staff members and Dr. Phillips made sure to do a thorough exam to accommodate my concerns. I left the office with peace of mind and gratitude for being seen so quickly. They even told me to call back if I continued having issues and I would be seen right away again. I highly recommend this office. What a great team they have!

I've been coming here for years. Absolutely love the team. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Dr. St. Marie has been amazing. He's so committed his patients eye health. I've had to call him on Father's Day and his son's graduation for an emergency. He walked away from his personal life and took care of me. You can't find this level of commitment to patients just anywhere. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a serious issue and they got me in within 24 hours. They have the latest technology and wonderful staff. Dr. Phillips wasted no time in getting me referred to a specialist in Burlington. I highly recommends this office and team.

Unprofessional staff. My wife had an appointment and she was not able to go to the appointment due to a massive migraine, she called and asked if she could reschedule due to the migraine and the lady in the office told my wife that because she didn't call 24hrs in advance to cancel that she would not be able to use the service of the dr office, the receptionist was rude to my wife and now I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.

I have been going to Northern Valley Eye Care for over 20 years, and I would highly recommend them for your eye care. Dr. Steven St Marie, OD is very thorough, and I will always be very thankful that a medical issue was caught at a routine vision exam. Your eyesight is essential, and I think Northern Valley Eye Care is the best

Very thorough exam. Also very expensive. Exam uncovered demodex. Said it could be treated with a prescription wash and OTC ointment. Long story short, got home and realized I was missing that info. I'll call their office to get it but to get a 5 star review things like that I shouldn't have to follow up on.
