Dr. Taylor was very kind, professional, and personable. After my surgery, he called to check on me the same day later that afternoon. Not many doctors will take the time to check in like that anymore. He was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I had the misfortune of my appointment happening immediately after a more difficult patient or patients before me. Dr. Taylor appologized for my longer than usual wait, which was at least 30 minutes after I was dilated. Frankly I felt my exam, although thorough, was rushed. I am now 70 and have had annual eye exams since age 4. Frankly I have never felt so pressed. Seriously. On top of everything the check out woman was insisting on my paying for the visit which I had already established on check-in is 100% covered by my health insurance. I won't be back.

My cataract surgery went well. I couldn't ask for better service. I'm three days past surgery and everything is looking good. My vision has improved dramatically, and I expect more improvement when I get my other eye done in a couple of weeks. Dr. Taylor has really good bedside manner, and at this point I would recommend him highly.
