I've came here with my patient many times and everytime I come I hear the receptionists being smart with patients especially if they aren't understanding what they're saying. These are elderly people who need compassion and care. Not to be talked to hateful because they don't understand something. I get it can be frustrating as I'm in healthcare, when someome doesn't understand but I'd never use the tone some of the receptionists use with my cat much less a person.

I have been going to abingdon office going on my 8th time I see Dr Klinedman he is an awesome and has always been very nice, he is very courteous and through. My mother sees Dr Gunn and he is also very professional. I am very pleased with this practice and all the nurses and from the front office as well very nice to all the patients

They really need to improve the check in / check out process. Everybody has to stand in the same line which can get very long at times. I am not a patient but have accompanied a family member several times. I would suggest "take a number and have a seat". A lot of people are not able to stand for so long.
