I've been visiting Annandale EyeCare for the past four years, and every single visit has been a great experience. Dr. Thelen was so kind and I really felt a sense of calmness and assurance. He walked me thru my scans, let me know if there were any concerns, and set up a plan with me. No optometrist has ever cared that much and it's the reason I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is super kind and helpful and literally helped me find the best shape eyewear that fits my face and head shape. I'm beyond grateful that this business exists. I will be recommending them to family and friends!

We have been going to see these the doctors Thelen since they took over the practice from the previous doctor. They have a very comfortable facility with a welcoming and friendly staff who understand all the assorted insurance options very well. Both Dr Court and Dr Michelle listen carefully, explain what they are doing, and really give you confidence. We've never had a bad experience or a long wait and the one time I needed to get in urgently, they were able to fit me in quickly. I highly recommend this practice.

Invited this practice because they kept asking me for money. I went to them with an eye problem- a stye. After prescribing me medication for demodex, I went there again asking for additional treatment. The doctor look at my eye and said it looked beautiful. And because I still had the problem, I went again. This time they sent me for a steroid shot in my eye.
They billed me twice for the two visits although one of them was just to be told that " my eye looks beautiful ".
I refused to pay until they threaten they'd put me to collection. I referred my whole family to this practice and I regret that I helped them with business.
This is definitely unethical practice one should think twice before patronising. They will not hesitate to rip you off even for providing 0 value.

Dr.Hellen was very knowledgeable and discovered the details of my condition from the exam with little input from me. What I required was out for the scope of their facilities so recommended a specialist. The facilities was warm and inviting with personal decorative touches unlike a cold clinic.
