Eye See Optique in Arlington exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and treated like family. Waheed went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses--his knowledge, patience, and genuine care truly stand out. They even offered us water, thoroughly cleaned my glasses, and replaced my nose pads for free, which speaks volumes about their level of service and attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about their customers, not just making a sale. This is hands down the best optical boutique we've found, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend Eye See Optique and especially Waheed if you want exceptional service and a welcoming experience!

Excellent care and service. Dr. Hun Ki Hong was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Doctor provided the best options to cure myopia for my son, and provided excellent information which no other eye specialist has ever given to us. Mr. Waheed, the optician was equally helpful, guiding us through lens and frame options with great care and professionalism. We truly appreciated the attention, support, and genuine concern throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

here's the thing: they're friendly and the optometrist is great. but they violate the ftc laws regarding supplying the prescription BEFORE trying to sell eyeglasses. and, in my case, i believe they intentionally didn't provide the complete prescription so that i can buy lenses whereever i want. i believe this bc it took me 3 requests + 10 min of babysitting the guy on the phone to ensure he sent me my scrip after my appointment. that was october. i am ordering glasses now and realize they didn't include pupillary distance. any of these alone - my request getting missed, the emails not coming through, the empty PD distance - could be an accident on their own. but together it's difficult to believe it's an accident. while it may not be required, PD is 100% necessary for online orders and an optometrist office certainly knows that. i liked dr hong and HAD intended to go back and buy lenses w them, but now i'll find another eye doctor altogether. i feel taken advantage of bc i've never gotten prescription glasses before so it took a google search months later for me to be well-informed, rather than the folks i trusted w my care just being transparent w me (which would have ensured i went through the extra steps to give them my business). they're probably great if you know your rights ahead of time.

Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST place in the DMV to get unique glasses with personality. You will not find a better selection of frames anywhere. The first thing you will notice is the gorgeous & elegant showroom that still somehow has a very welcoming atmosphere. I halfway expected someone to offer me a glass of champagne with raspberries in the flute or something. Everyone was so friendly and helpful right off the bat. They were just as eager as I was to find my perfect frames. Not being pushy but honestly trying to help me find what made me happy AND looked good on me. I love my frames! They express my personality and compliment my face. I wish I had found them sooner. This was a genuine boutique experience.

My family and I have introduced to Eye See Optique and I refused to go to any other office. The staff and management is professional, kind and helps you find the pair of glasses that is best for you. Waheed helped me considering several factors to ensure comfort, style, and proper vision correction. He genuinely cares about his clients. After we picked up our frames he contacted us a week later to checkin, this is your spot if you are looking for a shop if your looking for style and customer service. :)

Everyone was super helpful and Dr. Hong is great! I got contacts that actually feel comfortable which is something I've struggled with for a long time. Plus, I feel like Dr. Hong was really thorough checking my eye health and prescription. I will be coming back here for all my vision appointments!

Been coming here for years. This is great eye boutique that provides excellent care and takes time to review your results, answer any questions and provide advice. Would recommend them if you would like to experience excellent service, have a doctor that takes time to examine you and if would like to like to purchase quality eye care lenses.

I've never felt so rushed and uncomfortable at an optometrist's office. From the moment I walked in, the optometrist showed clear impatience--short answers, visible annoyance, and zero effort to be welcoming or reassuring. Her constant resting-face glare made it feel like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Eye exams already make people nervous, and this experience only made it worse. There was no warmth, no explanation, and no sense that my questions or concerns mattered. Bedside manner is just as important as technical skill, and unfortunately this was completely lacking. I left feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. I won't be returning, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values basic courtesy and professionalism.
