Eye Smile Optometry and Dental Care

This was a new patient appointment; and the experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in and was greeted by front counter staff. Dr. James was very professional, took time to get to know me and my medical history. I felt my concerns were heard. I didn't feel rushed, which is what often happens. The process for purchasing glasses was nice and personable. The technician, was patient and helpful in picking something out that fit my face. I would definitely recommend Eye Smile Optometry.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Moreau! From the moment I walked in, I didn't have to wait at all because they were right on time for my appointment. The atmosphere in the office is so calming, and I have to mention the music selection because it is absolutely perfect and helps you feel relaxed right away! Her bedside manner is impeccable! She took the time to explain everything clearly and even gave me options for my treatment plan so I could make the best decision for myself. I've been to so many dentists over the years, and I used to dread every appointment, but that changed completely after seeing her. She makes you feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. Honestly, I wish she had been my dentist when I was a little girl! I've never felt this at ease in a dental chair before. If you're looking for someone amazing, compassionate, and professional, this is the dentist for you. I wish I could have given her 100 stars!

My first dentist visit here. Customer service was on point right from the beginning. The doctor and staff really made me feel reassured, and put me at ease for up coming procedures. Great energy and atmosphere.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a delightful experience here that I wanted to share. I recently had a comprehensive eye exam, and the entire process was seamless and efficient from start to finish. The support staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. James was exceptional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was impressed by the efficiency of the whole process; I was in and out within an hour and didn't need to have my eyes dilated, thanks to their advanced technology. I HIGHLY recommend this business and Dr. James!

I've been going to this office for several years. For the last two, I've only used them for eye exams because the designer frames they carry are expensive. After losing a pair of expensive frames--and constantly getting compliments on my affordable Warby Parker glasses--I'm simply not interested in paying outrageous prices for eyewear. This year, after completing my routine exam, the office tried to charge me $39 just to release my prescription. Meanwhile, my daughter had an appointment a month earlier and received her prescription with no issue or extra charge. It feels like the office is scrambling to generate revenue because many patients, like me, choose to buy their glasses elsewhere. Instead of nickel-and-diming customers, they could adapt to the market and offer more affordable frame options. Because of their practices, my family will no longer be returning for exams for optometry or dental. Trying to make $39 will cost them so much more. And since they're refusing to release my prescription, I'll also be ensuring my insurance does not compensate them for this visit. (The dental side of the office is great.)

Fantastic experience with Dr. Moreau! I'm not someone who typically enjoys dental visits, but as a new patient, my visit was smooth and stress-free. Dr. Moreau and her team were kind, professional, and made me feel at ease the entire time. I'm happy to say I've found my new dentist!

Best dental appointment I've been to in a very long time . Everyone is knowledgeable , courteous, professional, confident, everything was explained to me from the minute I walked in to the time I checked out . I even got a goodie bag home ! The doctor's bedside manner is SUPERB! I didn't fell rushed and the 3D pictures were so cool. 1000/10 would highly recommend .

Please read the reviews about people stating they have had surprise charges after there visits. I have been going to this dentist for a while and while I did like my actual visits and how the office was nice and clean, I will not be returning. I called the office a few months ago back in August about receiving a bill after giving them my dental and health insurance. The receptionist Jannette told me that they accepted my insurance and that everything would be taken care of. Here it is a couple months down the line approximately 3 months and I am receiving another bill based off two visits, the dental cleaning in August and the cleaning I had done in February. I am not sure why they didn't inform me that my insurance would not cover the full portion of my dental cleaning. Every time I had called Jannette told me that she would escalate this bill to upper management to get it resolved. However, this was a lie. To save yourself a lot of frustration dealing with the billing department of this establishment, please look elsewhere. They do not care about helping you, it is more of a money thing for them. Update:I spoke with my insurance company, and they confirmed that my cleanings were fully covered and that this office was already paid in full. According to their records, I owe nothing. The issue appears to be a misunderstanding in your billing, not with my coverage. Instead of taking ownership, this establishment aims to blame me the patient. Again ladies and gentlemen, I advise you to look elsewhere for your dental care.
