When I first went to see Dr. Park, I was not an easy patient. By I mean, I refused the required pupil dilation due to a previous bad experience in another clinic, and I was overly anxious and worried after being diagnosed with glaucoma at another hospital. Dr. Park understood my situation well and provided diagnosis and treatment through detailed explanations and persuasion. I am grateful not only for his skill as an ophthalmologist but also for his understanding and consideration of the patient. For reference, I was more comfortable speaking Korean, and since Dr. Park also speaks Korean well, I felt very at ease.

Everyone at this practice is friendly and professional. My eye surgery was successful and my vision is perfect. After nearly 40 years of wearing glasses, I love no longer needing them. When my husband needs cataract surgery, he will definitely have Dr Park do the surgery.

I saw an ad on Facebook for what I thought was a free consultation for cataracts. Actually, it was a free test on Facebook, but led to an appointment with Arlington Eye. When I saw all the people in the waiting room, my first thought was this is a "cataract mill." After a very thorough eye exam, having gone through a number of tests, it was determined I probably qualify for cataract surgery. This meant another appointment three months later. Well, went for the second exam, another round of exams, then meeting with Dr Park again. She looked at all the results and said my eyes were not quite ready for surgery. Let me tell you...at this point I was relieved. Not that I don't want the surgery, but it convinced me this practice is definitely legit, it's not the "cataract mill" I thought it was. I even spoke with people in the waiting room. They were longtime patients of the former owner of this practice and said he would never sell it to anyone who wasn't a great eye physician! Bottom line, I'll go back in six months and we'll see where my are in terms of surgery. I AM looking forward to that! My only caveat is make sure you ask for sunglasses (they're paper) because your eyes will be dilated!!

Had an appointment with Dr. Park for cataract evaluation. The office staff was excellent from scheduling to arrival and check out. My technician was extremely friendly, efficient and competent with my testing and explained everything. Dr. Park is friendly, professional and explained the process well. I am very happy with the level of customer service and the health services of Dr. Park and her team and highly recommend them.

Dr. Park's treatment left me blind in my left eye. Other Ophthalmologists wondered why she didn't try laser first instead of surgery. She did more harm than good.

Everyone was very helpful. Doctor was very straight forward. I have a second appointment where everything will be explained to me.

Dr Jean Park has done excellent cataract surgery for my sister and for me. She is efficient, knowledgeable and has a well trained staff to support her.

Rushed in and out with Dr Park in less than 5 minutes. She did not discuss any diagnosis. All she said was I have crusty eyelids. That was all. She gave me no eye self care advice, at all. Gave me a prescription for crusty eyes, cannot afford it. She addressed none of the concerns I shared with her directly, wetness under both eyes. She said nothing. The wetness is as if crying excessively. She addressed none of the concerns that Rosa said she would address. I take 8 meds. Some can affect the eyes, a lot. Rosa said she would review those meds with me. I was rushed out of the office in less than 5 minutes. What a horrible, uncaring first visit. I also wanted to discuss my eye lashes falling out. I waited weeks for this visit. I cannot recommend Dr. Park. Is she only interested in people who need surgery, money? I am very confused. She certainly showed little interest in me. It also seems that if a $500 medication is subscribed that there would be a follow up to make sure it worked. I was especially surprised that Dr Park gave me no advice on how to get rid of the crust she spoke to of. I knew nothing about any diagnosis until I looked on the portal. I wonder how much I will be charged for a 4 minute visit. My head was spinning. It really makes me very sad.
