I found this location after my appointment was canceled by my former MyEyeDr location, which left a poor taste in my mouth. I asked around and was referred to Dr. Chuh. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The exam was quick yet thorough, and he made sure I had time to ask any questions I had. I would highly recommend this eye doctor. The front desk experience was okay, but the staff overall were friendly and pleasant.

I had a great experience!!!! This is my better location to visit. They have a better variety of frames. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you. Dr. Chuh is very professional, kind and friendly, explaining things in detail. Ms. Nikki is also very kind; she assist with helping both me and my husband with selecting our frames. The manager Mr. Bryan is very helpful and knowledgeable about it all to put the icing on the cake. Not to mention they are very accommodating; with easy scheduling and availability. I highly recommend this location!!!

This location is absolutely wonderful! Doctor was the best! He explained everything so well and even took the time to include my 5 year old daughter in the conversation so she would understand! Now she keeps telling me to rest my eyes!! The customer service was excellent! All three staff helped me decide on the pair of lenses to purchase. I so appreciated their recommendations and help staying in my price point. I have been going to this location since it opened and this last experience will keep me coming back!

Dr. Chuh was great!! I recently moved from MD. I loved my My Eye Dr. In Bowie but after months of not making an appointment, I decided I just needed to go nearby. I reluctantly made an appointment but so glad I did! It is located just around the corner from Whole Foods Foods and Starbucks. The front office is clean, bright, and displays are inviting. Every team member I came in contact with during my appt and at pickup were warm and helpful. I love my new frames and will not hesitate to make an appointment for eye health next year! Thank you!

I went to this location a year ago and had my eye exam for contacts and glasses. The doctor was AMAZING, she recommended a new brand and convinced me to change from a brand that I had been using for more than 20 years. She was absolutely great. Unfortunately, she is no longer in this office and the people there changed and are very RUDE. I had to cal to reschedule and a person who said was the Manager had this horrible attitude, let me waiting on the phone three times and then was very unhelpful and again, the attitude of I am superior. I am obviously changing doctors and never coming back. I do not recommend this place unless you want to have a bad experience

This place is amazing and the best part of it is Brian! I broke my glasses and came to ask if the store could help me and he fixed them in less than 10 minutes and didn't ask for a dime! We need more people like him and that's why I've always purchased my glasses here even before this interaction. Honest Brian! I mean not now but right now!

Always professional, prompt and will even go out of their way to find me deals! Both the drs and staff pay strict attention to detail. Great experiences with every visit! Plus they are life savers when I lose my glasses :).
