Avoid this location at all costs. I went in for an appointment to get prescriptions for both driving and reading glasses. Instead, they only provided a prescription for reading, which was secondary, and refused to give me a copy of driving prescription so I could use it elsewhere. As a result, my visit was completely pointless. Now I have to schedule another appointment with a different doctor just to get a prescription for driving glasses--even though my insurance has already paid for this visit.
