Dr. Weiss and the entire staff at NVDO Rosslyn are fantastic! I arrived ahead of time and they were able to take me early. Everybody in the office wore a smile, and the quality of the exam was second to none. Great location as well. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Weiss for our eye check-up for twenty years. He is an excellent doctor, and he is detailed when he examines our eyes. He always takes time to listen to us. He always goes through the steps of the examination. The front office staff are very friendly, and the office is spotless. The office location is very convenient near the Rosselyn metro station. If driving, there is a parking garage, and his office validates for an hour.

I had an unexpected emergency at work when a screw fell out of my glasses and one of the side arms came off. Since I rely on my glasses to see clearly, I was in a bit of a panic. I stopped by Northern Virginia Doctors of Optometry (Rosslyn location) because it was close to my job, even though I'm not a regular patient there.
Malcolm was incredibly kind and helpful. I didn't have the correct replacement screw, but he took the time to find one that fit and carefully repaired my glasses on the spot. Thanks to his quick assistance, I was able to return to work without having to struggle through the rest of the day unable to see properly.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help someone who wasn't even a regular patient. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you again!
