Eye & Vision Care of Ashburn

I have been a patient of Oksana and Nermine for 8 years and I've followed them from a previous practice to here. I wouldn't have otherwise discovered this place without them. Naturally, many others followed the pair as well. The location is great, convenient to get to, and has natural light in the front which is better for my eyes. Now that they have added Dr. Smith, I'm really excited to come here for my vision needs. It is difficult to find a place locally with high quality care for concussion, and other unique vision needs. This trio is dynamic, being exceptionally knowledgeable, and kind. A hidden gem to have this combination. I won't go to anyone else than Oksana - she is amazing - not only able to match the best frames also skilled with everything else needed. Wherever Oksana goes, I will continue to follow. She's in high demand so make sure to allow time to schedule with her- she's the absolute best!

Fantastic Experience at Eye & Vision Care of Ashburn! I had such a great experience at Eye & Vision Care of Ashburn! I went in to get new glasses, and right away, the staff made me feel welcome. They have an amazing selection of designer frames, and the associate who helped me was awesome--super friendly and really knew their stuff. They took the time to help me find the perfect pair, making sure they fit my style and looked great. I left feeling confident and excited about my new glasses. If you're looking for a place with great service, stylish frames, and people who actually care, this is it! Highly recommend!

SOLD FIVE MONTH EXPIRED EYE DROPS. Dr. Kapoor at the Eye and Vision Care clinic on Sycolin road sold me eye drops THAT HAD EXPIRED FIVE MONTHS AGO. I had an eye appointment with Dr. Kapoor on 1/28/25. Dr. Kapoor recommended eye drops to treat dry eye symptoms. She insisted I get the eye drops from the clinic. When I got home, I noticed the eye drops she gave me expired on 9/2024. They are FIVE MONTHS PAST THE EXPIRATION DATE. It's extremely concerning that the clinic has not kept proper inventory of the products they are selling. Selling patients expired medication is unacceptable and signifies carelessness and neglect.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE RATING IF I COULD!! I took my 6 year old to this place for his first vision exam! They tried to prescribe him bifocals and enroll him on $1200 a month vision therapy. We ordered his glasses with them, thinking it was best for our son, while also scramble to see if insurance will be able to cover vision therapy. We paid $300 for the glasses and almost 3 months later after soo many phone calls and inquiries (mind you, this entire time my son is falling behind in school because he can't see), they finally told us that the glasses frames were lost and they need to order a new frame . At this point I am livid!!! My husband suggested that we get a second opinion and I'm glad we did. This place is a scam!! The new optometrist was horrified when I told him what was happening, he told us that vision therapy is outdated and not very effective. He also told us that bifocals would be detrimental to a child his age and that he only needed glasses to see from close, his distant vision was perfect. We requested for this place to hand us the frame that we paid $300 for, but so far no luck.

I would strongly recommend this office to anyone that needs any sort of eye care! I went online and got into contact with Daniel from the Fairfax location and he helped send me over to the Ashburn location and set up an appointment there with no trouble at all. On the day of the appointment I was welcomed by Nermine who was extremely polite and made sure I was comfortable and assured me that I would not be waiting long. She then introduced me to Dr. Smith who did such a great job of making me feel right at home even though this was my first visit! They explained everything in detail throughout my visit and made sure I understood everything before it happened. The whole time they maintained a level of kindness and professionalism that I have never seen before! I was more than satisfied with their services and I will trusting them with my eye care for years to come!

I had such a pleasant fist experience at this office. Dr. Amber was extremely informative & caring during my eye exam. Nermine was absolutely delightful and made me feel so comfortable. I loved the assistance I got from Oksana while trying to find the perfect pair of glasses. I would highly recommend coming here!
