He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. The staff deserves special recognition as well. Everyone was courteous, efficient, and welcoming, which made the entire experience smooth from check-in to checkout. The office is well organized, and wait times were minimal. I woke up with a horrible burst blood vessel in my left eye right before Thanksgiving and was naturally very concerned. Dr. Bajwa and her staff took incredibly great care of me! I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, which was a huge relief. Her staff is caring and responsive, and Dr. Bajwa made me feel completely comfortable. After a very thorough exam, she was able to reassure me that it was not a major issue. I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and kindness! My mother-in-law had an eye emergency the day after Thanksgiving. I called more than 10 clinics in the DMV area trying to book an appointment with an ophthalmologist available, and this was the only clinic that responded--and they were understanding and responsive from the very beginning. The appointment itself was excellent. The doctors were extremely professional and helped my mother-in-law feel calm and stress-free. Dr. Yusof performed all the exams with great care and attention. Dr. Bajwa was friendly, explained everything to me in plain language, and patiently walked me through the next steps. The clinic was very clean and had a warm, positive atmosphere. I strongly recommend this clinic.
