Our only regret is that this facility does not take insurance anymore. It was, however fully discussed. The Doc has always been fabulous as well as the lady who fits you for glasses! Front desk staff is thorough. The front desk staff could be friendlier but they do their job well.

I had to find a new eye Dr since moving from northern VA. My old Dr was located in Woodbridge, VA and had been seeing her for over a decade.
So I was skeptical about trying a new Dr that is closer to where I now live.
The office was large and well kept. All of the workers I encountered were super sweet and attentive. Dr. Jordan was very kind and very thorough with the exam. She explained every step and all changes. She listened to my concerns and was really easy to speak with. This is now my new Dr and I look forward to seeing her next year. Thank you Dr.Jordan for being an amazing person and Dr.

Dr. Tower recently rearranged her schedule to see me asap after an eye injury. She took the time to explain everything with me and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The office administrators are great as well. They are always so polite and helpful. I also see Dr. Jordan yearly and she is wonderful. She makes me feel heard and addresses my concerns clearly. Place was very clean and drive way was easy to get into and out of. Doctor and tech. were very good. I would have given them 5 stars, but on my way out, I found no easy way to get over the curb for handicapped people. I had to hold onto the mail box.

From Dr. Tower to Dr. Jordan, Kim, Sandra, and every single staff member, I'm always greeted by name and welcomed with genuine warmth. I feel heard at every appointment--never rushed, never dismissed.
My visits are consistently smooth and efficient (well... except for the dilating appointments ). Every question I have is answered thoroughly, and I never have to stress about my insurance--they take care of it all for me. Even when my glasses need adjusting, I can pop in and out without hassle.
The team here goes above and beyond to make eye care feel personal and comfortable, and that's why I'll remain a patient for as long as they'll have me.
