I've been a long time MyEyeDr customer for many years, but this is the first time I've encountered such a high quality level of patient care and customer service. Dr. Schmidt's careful attention to detail, knowledge, and thoroughness is really to be commended. He took the time to understand my situation and ensure my prescription was dialed in precisely, which ended up resolving an underlying issue that has persisted for a number of years. Anne's kindness, patience, and helpfulness with handling the insurance and sales processes were incredibly appreciated and valued, and added to the very positive experience at this MyEyeDr location. It is not often one can say their visit has substantially improved their life, and I am glad to be able to say that about the staff here.

I had a wonderful experience at this optical store. The place is very well-organized and clean, which made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The staff are fast and professional, and the appointment process was smooth and on time. The doctor was excellent, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also want to give special thanks to Kabeer, who assisted me--he was very patient, helpful, and provided outstanding customer service. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and great service.

This office has been wonderful. Dr. Schmidt has great knowledge and a fantastic, patient way of setting you at ease. His assistant Kabeer is amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable at taking you through all the details on technical matters and billing. He was a master at showing me how to use contact lenses. Highly recommend this office. They value their patients/customers.

This was my 3rd time using MyEyeDr. Chantilly for my eye exam and prescription glasses. Dr. Schmidt was professional and thorough. Kabeer was excellent in assisting me with frames. The entire staff were knowledgeable and welcoming.

Optometrist Keith Schmidt helped me with my eye exam today, and he was incredibly kind and explained everything in great detail. I didn't regret spending the extra time and distance to visit this particular MyEyeDr. location among so many others. I also want to thank Kabeer, the technician, who was so helpful today. Thanks to the information he shared, I was able to find and replace the nose pads that I thought I could only get in my original country. Because my eyesight is very poor, I can only wear high-index (compressed) lenses, and I was even considering going back to my country to get new glasses made. But thanks to their help and willingness to listen to my needs, I was able to restore my old glasses instead. I truly felt that I received the best service, and I'll definitely be coming back here for my next eye exam! Everyone at this location is so kind and professional.
